With over a decade of hands-on experience in sports performance training, Daylon has a nuanced understanding of what it takes to excel. He holds certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and as an International Sports Sciences Association certified personal trainer. These credentials, combined with his practical knowledge, allow him to provide training that’s both scientifically grounded and tested on the field.
