At Priority U Sports Performance, we don’t primarily focus on throwing, tackling, muscle building, and hitting; We focus on building and developing athlete’s body structure and mechanics, in order to enhance their overall performance. As a result, form, agility and movement, strength, and physique transform in a manner that translates to on-the-field development. We develop training plans tailored to each athlete, ensuring that each session is geared toward improvement, according to their ability level and age. Our training camps are built on a holistic foundation that targets athletes’ mental and physical development, while also instilling discipline on and off the field.
